The main aspects or the principal objectives are important. There are some variables you just can’t control. But! The things you do have control over, often times do have influence over the variables you can’t. If I lost you for a second let me explain;
You can’t directly control your heartbeat. I mean at least that I know off, you can’t control your heartbeat with your mind. But what you can do is do some cardio, run, jump, kick, etc.. That can influence your heartbeat.
So as a man or person what can you control?
• your work ethic
• your fitness
• your ambitions
• the company you keep
• your values/ standards
And this are some examples, just to name a few. Now that we established some building blocks or the foundation of the control points in your life. We can start working on them individually.
These are 5 points you have direct control over. Take full responsability of these points and believe me you will have more power and more control over your life than you ever had before. Most certainly more power than any other person can have over you.
